I
thought you might be interested in seeing photos of one of our Eagle
dogs. Britmor Bewitched, CD, JE, MX, MXJ, has been eating Eagle
Original Adult since she was a puppy, and is still competing and
WINNING in agility at the age of twelve years old. What makes this
even more remarkable is that Witch had to have a femoral head and
neck ostectomy because of a dislocated hip two and a half years ago.
She has competed in the NADAC Championships the last two years, and
last December she finished in 29th place (out of 134) in her height
division at the AKC Agility Nationals.

I've
written to you a couple of times about my experience switching my
cats to Eagle Pack. All 6 of my cats are doing very well. Several
were having problems with loose stools on (x) brand cat food, with
my kitty Lennon suffering the worst. Rigby also had problems with
vomiting certain cat foods. All of my cats are doing very well on
Eagle Pack. They are all having solid stools, have had no vomiting
with Eagle Pack, are energetic, and their fur has gotten very soft
and glossy. My husband and I have also found Eagle Pack to be quite
economical. The cats are actually eating less food than they used
to, as they seem to stay full longer. As a result, the food lasts
longer and we will have to replenish supplies less frequently.
Needless to say, I'm an extremely satisfied customer. I'm so
thankful for your excellent company.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Susan E

I adopted a German
Shepherd from a breeder who only used Eagle Pack. We were sent home
with a trial size bag of puppy formula and also purchased a larger
bag.
The breeder said at a certain age to go ahead and change to adult
formula, which we did at the appropriate time. My dog started
itching. I phoned the breeder and she said that it maybe the season
or the shampoo I was using.
I changed to a shampoo from the vets. It seemed to help a bit the
itching subsided for a moment then returned. My husband and I
thought "maybe its nerves"
While I went to our usual pet supply store...I saw the Anchovy,
Sardine and Salmon. I bought it. Oh my gosh what a difference it
made, the itching has almost totally subsided. We believe that when
she does it is nerves. It has changed our lives and our dogs.
On a 2nd note. When we adopted our dog, our older dog was 8. We had
only fed him grocery store brand food his whole life. There were
small dogs all about my floor (hair balls) and cloudy eyes almost
blind. When we switched to the adult formula my older dog almost
stopped shedding completely and his eyes cleared up.
I LOVE YOUR PRODUCT!!!!!!!!

We have a gal at our shop that is using the Eagle Pack Holistic
Select on her RR. He has had tremendous problems keeping
weight on, and also has had some severe anal problems... His
weight is not a challenge anymore, she even has stopped cooking for
him, and for the first time in his life has a wonderful coat.
What we have seen on
our kids since we've switched is the visual reversal of graying on
the masks of our dogs, it's amazing!

Just wanted to let
you know how thrilled I am with the results of the Eagle with my boy
"Thor". He was a rescue/return... He did not eat well,
and never kept weight on. I tried (x) for a few months last
summer, and he did better, but not great. But since switching
to the Eagle in September, he looks, and moves, like a much younger
dog, and is in absolute top condition.
The Eagle has
improved his muscle tone, and his coat shines like he was dipped in
lacquer. Well, almost all the time he was out rolling in
frozen deer poop tonight...LOL. Skin turgur good, and no
dryness. The best part is...he likes the food! He
actually eats well, without me practically standing on my head to
try to get him to eat, like before. You might like to know my
vet, not having seen him since just before starting on Eagle, was
stunned at his overall condition...
I am convinced the
food will help me add years to the time I have my much loved Dane
and his collie "brother".

All My Fellow Mushers:
I am Martin Buser, a
professional dog musher from Alaska. I have
a kennel of about 90 dogs. I compete in the
mid- and long distance race circuit. My
final goal for each season is to compete in
the worlds longest sled dog race, the
Iditarod. With the help of “Eagle”, I was
able to win “the Last Great Race” in 92, 94
and again in 1997 and 2002.*
You know, the two weeks that
I feed dogs on the Iditarod are very
important to me. However the fifty weeks
getting ready for the event are even more
crucial, especially when it comes to
balanced nutrition! I only race dogs that
have been raised on “Eagle” and the results
speak for themselves. Besides my four
Iditarod championships, my dogs have won
numerous other races and currently hold the
speed record for the fastest 300 miles ever
raced.
One of my sayings is that
“the dogs are only as good as their fuel
is”. Our fuel certainly is made by the great
team at Eagle Super Premium Pet Food. Only
the best food fuels Champions, Eagle powers
me to the head of the pack.
I am not a nutritionist, I am
a musher. I let the professionals at Eagle
formulate the food, so I can concentrate on
training and getting ready for the races.
Often I feed the team right out of the bag
and I get more miles per bag with Eagle than
any other brand.
If it weren’t for “Eagle”,
the Iditarod would be a much longer race for
me and my dogs.
I recommend “Eagle” to all
mushers, this food has proven its worth many
times during the long days and nights on the
trail.
Good Luck and Happy Trails

“Since my dogs have been on
Eagle products for several years, they are
already in outstanding shape. I did,
however, notice a difference in my older
female after she had been switched to the
new Eagle Senior with glucosamine. There is
a significant difference in her ability to
get up when lying down and her movement
seems more fluid when she is outside
running. I am very pleased with the product
and recommend it every chance I get to
people with older dogs.”

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Well,
it's been 8 days since I have been giving my
boy the double dose of enzymes, the yogurt
and vitamin C. He has been on the
Eagle Pack Natural since Friday and he is
doing really well and seems to like it...
I think that I would have lost my dog.
He had gotten so bad that he could hardly
stand and his coat which should be black and
white had turned to a dull grayish brown.
Every time you touched him, you would get a
handful of hair. He had not used one
back leg for so long that it had become
atrophied to about 1/4 the size of the other
leg. Well, now let me tell you, he has
come back, and is happily on his way to
being the healthy dog that always pestered
me to throw him a ball or wanting out to
play with the Lab. His coat has
started to come back to a nice black shiny
color and he no longer sheds when you pet
him. He now uses his hind leg and it
is getting the muscle tone back...

“My 14 year old mixed breed
was looking as if he was on death’s
doorstep.
Linda
Arndt told me I needed to change his
diet from a grocery store brand senior food
to Eagle Senior. I was told it would take
about 6 weeks to see a difference in my
animal. But only after one week of using the
Eagle Senior, there was a big difference in
our dog. I could not believe my eyes! What I
had assumed was normal for a 14-year-old dog
(skinny, dull coat, lethargic and arthritis)
was really a problem of poor nutrition and
not old age. In only one weeks time, he was
up and moving like a younger dog, he put on
4 lbs. which before he was showing all his
ribs and spine. His coat is starting to get
shiny and he no longer acts like an old
arthritic dog. It is remarkable and we are
very pleased to know his senior years will
have a quality that he did not have before.
I am telling all my family and friends they
need to have their dogs on Eagle foods. This
has been a real learning experience for us.”

“While away at college, I had
not seen our family pets (two huskies) for
two months. I had told my parents they
needed to be put on Eagle Senior Care, I had
heard from a teacher this was the best food
for dogs. When I went home for fall break I
was very surprised to see the difference in
these two dogs. The biggest difference was
the feel of their coat, it was no longer
oily and clumped together and the offensive
odor was gone. We are very pleased with
Eagle Senior dog food, it makes it easier to
have the dogs live in the house when they
are no longer shedding and have a bad odor.”

Dear Eagle Pet
Products:
Three years ago, after being
appointed as the K-9 supervisor for the St.
Joseph County Police Department K-9
Division. I was faced with a problem that I
felt needed to be addressed. Our K-9 units
were being maintained on a low quality name
brand pet food. My problem was that our dogs
lacked the energy and stamina, which is
needed to maintain a high level of
effectiveness for long periods of time. This
problem adversely affected our K-9 units’
job performance.
We tried many different types
of Premium name brand foods and our dogs did
not seem to improve. We then consulted our
veterinarian, Dr. W. Meyer, who has an
extensive nutrition background. Dr. Meyer
assisted us in conducting a nutritional
analysis of numerous dog foods. Through this
analysis we determined that Eagle Pet Food
would most likely be the most suitable feed
for our working dog teams and give us the
results that we were looking for.
Immediately after switching
to Eagle Pet Food we began to see favorable
results. Our dogs’ energy and stamina levels
increased and the coats began to shine. We
also no longer had the dermatitis problems
that we once had. Also, no longer were there
large weight fluctuations, and the
transition from one Eagle food to another
did not cause any digestive problems or
loose stools, as other dog foods do.
I have been so impressed with
the success that we have enjoyed with Eagle,
that I have suggested its use to other
working dog handlers. Members of the
Northern Indiana Search and Rescue, the
National Police Bloodhound Association and
members of other Police departments, who
have tried and switched to Eagle Pet Foods,
have equally been impressed with the success
they have achieved with this food.
I would suggest with
confidence to other K-9 handlers and pet
owners, who care about the performance and
coat condition of their animals, to feed
Eagle Super Premium Pet Food. I will assure
them that they will be as pleased as I was,
with the notable change in their animals.
Sincerely
Cpl. Keith A Glueckert

Dear Eagle Pack:
Thank you for the information
on what was causing my cat’s diarrhea for
the past four years. Your new Hairball
Formula cat food is a miracle to me. I have
tried about 25 different brands (including
several from veterinarians) that didn’t
work. I have taken my cat to about 7
different veterinarians and they all would
tell me my cat must be sensitive to
proteins. I tried every type of meat that I
could buy in cat food including duck, veal,
and venison, but nothing worked.
I have found over the years
with talking to people and breeders that
diarrhea in cats (especially in Persians) is
very common. It is a shame that
veterinarians don’t know anything about the
importance of fiber. Thanks again for your
help.

I thought you'd enjoy hearing of my most recent
successes at the four-day Salt City Cluster in Syracuse, NY. I WON
BIG!!! And I truly think the Eagle Pack, in addition to my careful
breeding program, contributed to my wins. The dogs are in glorious
condition. Everyone was remarked on how wonderful my Corgi male,
Barry, looked. So, count me in as the newest satisfied customer.

Dear Eagle Pack:
As breeders,
exhibitors, dog lovers - we want THE absolute best for our "family".
We don't simply say that - we have been passionate about providing
our dogs with sound nutrition.
We feel very
strongly about the old adage - You Are What You Eat. Our goal
has always been to gain some sort of (competitive) edge through
better coats, better endurance, improved energy.
Our seemingly
endless search brought us to Eagle Pack. We had been feeding
our 2 younger dogs (x) and seemed to like the results...until we saw
what "show" dogs looked like. Several months later...it was
hard to ignore when Eagle was seen all over the Iditarod race.
Hmmmmm, they "put the brag in the bag". We tried the product
and like the results.
Fast Forward to
present - those two younger dogs are now almost 14 and still enjoy
romping with the puppies. Yes, a bit slower, but just as
pretty, coats just as shiny, eyes just as bright.
We have branched out
into Chocolates - Blacks and even a Fox Red Labrador. All have
thick shiny coats with clear eyes and vibrant personalities.
As for hips - we now get OFA Excellent or Good ratings. It
seems like our litter size has increased as well.
We feed and
recommend Eagle to everyone!

Our 10 mo. old Doberman bitch is eating Eagle Holistic (about 2
cups/twice a day) and is starting to put on weight and look better.
I am very pleased with the food and glad she will eat it willingly
as we had many problems getting her to eat anything before Eagle!
No more home cooking for us.
Anyway, thanks so
much for taking the time to help me with this feeding problem.

Saw the Iditarod article.
That is super. It say's a lot for the food. Our Goldens
are doing great on the Eagle too and better than on any other food
we tried. Maybe Omega balance contributes to great skin and
coat...but when people come up to you and ask what you feed, because
of good coat and muscle condition, etc...that says it all.
Thanks again,
M

I've been reading
through your (Eagle Website) testimonials and felt I should add one
more. I have a four year old Belgian Tervuren who suffered a
seizure last May. It wasn't too severe and didn't last very
long. Our vet checked Grady over and advised me to wait for
her next one and we'd go from there. Three months later she
had another seizure approx. the same duration and severity. I
did some web surfing and came up with some information about canine
epilepsy. One of the articles recommended a holistic diet that
would incorporate certain minerals into her diet. They didn't
go so far as to say it would stop seizures but in some dogs it might
be just what they need to cross the line into seizure-free living.
So I gave it a try (around the second seizure) and I began feeding
Grady the holistic formula for dogs. It has been eight months
now and she hasn't had another seizure. That is wonderful in
itself but also, her coat has improved and even the people at the
store where we purchase the food have noticed it. Thanks for
making such a terrific product. I won't go back to the other
brands again.

Last year, a
friend's dog was suffering from a horrible yeast issue in her ears
and had battled it since puppy hood (the vet finally did a culture
after too long of messing around with it); after some oral/topical
treatments didn't work, the vet talked about some very invasive
surgery to cut part of the ear away for air flow (or something crazy
like that). At that point, I got a lot more assertive with
sticking my big nose in her business!!
I gave her copies of
some of your info and your website. She immediately switched
to Eagle Holistic and called Roscoe on her own and also uses
oxydrops and backpack. Mabel's ears were clear in almost a
week!!! And so far, no reoccurrence - it's been almost a year.
THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!
Jane

I just wanted to tell you how well
our dog, a Rhodesian Ridgeback is doing on your product. Last
year his coat was a mess and he had bald spots. Plus he was
licking his paws. I stopped by the vet and was told to try
their brand, plus a liquid omega supplement (additional cost of
course). I stopped by my local pet food place to talk to the
girl there. First thing she showed me was your products, the
Holistic brand with all the organic ingredients. She said
another lady had a dog that was almost bald and this helped him
right away. It was pricey, but I tried it. In two weeks
my dog looked and smelled beautiful.

We have been using
the Eagle formulas for the past 7 years with great success. We
were on (x) for a long time. When we first tried Eagle we were
very impressed and never changed since. There have been ALOT
of other foods that have come out since that time we started and we
have hung in there for a long time with our chow hounds at home.
We occasionally do rescue and foster and the Eagle Natural has been
a wonderful standby for all breeds and have never had any problems.
We have had an Alaskan Malamute on the Natural for 3 years now, who
had a history of some hip problems and growth issues in his
background. I was so happy when he got a good OFA and have not
battled the usual health issues. We do not intend on trying
out some of the new holistic foods out there, as Eagle set the mark
on probiotics and other good things that they added to their foods.

Sidney is a 5 year
old Yorkshire. He has had digestive problems since he was a
puppy. We bought all kinds of dog food, but he wasn't able to
tolerate them.
Since using Eagle
Pack Holistic Dog Food, he has had no digestive problem, no
vomiting, and his stools are normal. Sidney is now off Reglan.
I should mention Sidney has allergies which our vet said makes
finding a food that agrees with him even more difficult.

I wanted to thank
you from the bottom of my heart for providing such a great cat food.
My cat is almost
twelve years old and has been grossly overweight (30 lbs) for most
of his adult life. In recent years he developed stomach and
liver problems, which one time resulted in a bout of vomiting which
seriously dehydrated him and landed him at the vet's. When I
moved away to university in 1999 his vomiting became worse; he would
throw up undigested food and his stools would sometimes escape him
before he could make it the litter box.
Last July I moved
home, and for a while Patches was better. Then, in the last
few months it started up again...complete stomachfuls of undigested
or partially digested food, or no food at all, just bile, and
accidents on the carpet.
His sickness got to
the point where I believed he was dying.
At this point it was
very clear to me that he needed something else. We stopped at
Sunnyside Garden Center in Calgary. A very helpful - and very
well-informed - clerk talked with me about (x) and Eagle Pack, and I
ended up taking home free samples.
We tried a bit of
the (x) first, and found out the cost for it was out of the budget.
The Eagle Pack was our only other hope.
The vomiting and
carpet accidents stopped within a day of changing his food. A
few days later I noticed an incredible change in the way his coat
felt - and whereas before he would shed handfuls of fur at a time,
he now sheds drastically less. I have noticed more energy from
him, improved "speech" (his meow would come and go), and his litter
box is not as smelly or full.
Thank you very much!

I have a 9 month old Shar Pei male named Kobi.
I've been using Nzymes since December, 2001. My dog was
suffering from allergies (runny eyes, itching, and a patchy coat).
Well, I used it for only 2 months and allergies were significantly
reduced. I also took your advice and started him on Eagle Pack
dog food and the combination has been excellent. Kobe has very
few if no allergies, his coat is beautiful. When he did have
allergies, I would rush him to the vet and they would immediately
start him on antibiotics.
I would recommend
you to anyone who wants the best for their pets. Thank you for
making a quality and effective product.

As an
owner/breeder/handler of Golden Retrievers, I had to share the great
results Eagle has had on our Goldens. Several years ago when
they were on (x) I battled hot spots, skin problems, weight
problems, etc...My one girl 5 has been on the Natural since being
spayed and one of her daughter's that I co-own will be shown by me
in Flagstaff, AZ in June. When I first brought her to
live with them, I came with my big blue bag of the Original Adult
and they've had her on 2 cups a day, ...fresh meat and veggies
sparingly, and I couldn't believe when I saw her the other day.
She had a mane, on her front chest at 18 months, and a glowing coat
with awesome muscle tone, from their swimming pool exercise as well.
I can't wait to show her in the coming day's ahead for them.
She is doing awesome.

I had Nero in to see Dr. Hutchinson last week for a
routine checkup/weight. He was amazed at how well he's done.
He commented to a student that was working with him that he had
never seen a pup in such bad shape as Nero was in when he first saw
him, recover the way he has. There are no lasting effects from
the HOD. I've recommended the Eagle foods to several people
that I know (even non-Dane people) and they've all had the same
great results with their dogs.
Thanks again,

I have two 3 year old German Shepherd's that were raised on a dog
food that starts with the letter (x). In the past two years
they were loosing vitality and their coat just didn't look
good...they also suffered from periodic bouts of "the squirts" for
no apparent reason and were developing cysts under their skin...they
were just not the dogs I thought they should be at such a young age.
I began to learn
about the Eagle Pack dog foods. I was stunned by the
ingredients in the Holistic brand...my words were "oh gosh, I would
eat this food!!!". I gradually started mixing it with the
remainder of the (x) bag but they would eat all the Holistic
and leave the other in their bowls...
I've now completed
two bags of Holistic and I can't tell you how incredibly improved
their energy levels are...ALL the cysts have disappeared...and...I
also appreciate how much firmer their stools are. I am able to
feed them smaller portions for the same nutritional
value........GREAT!

A letter from a
Boxer...
Hi! My name is BelleJ
A little over one
year ago I was adopted through a Boxer Rescue of Central Indiana.
One day, this person came to get me. Everything was
great...but there was one problem. I couldn't stop
vomiting...and I mean projectile (no warning) vomiting! And
sometimes, I just couldn't stop, not for days.
I went to the
doctor(s) and found out that I had whip worms and giardia - YUK - I
was very skinny. At one point I went into renal failure.
We even found out I had a spinal injury.
Luckily, my
'brothers' already ate Eagle pet food, used Nzymes, Oxydrops, and
Daily Greens Plus. I got to eat Eagle Pack Natural - YUM!
I really liked it. That's what I'm currently eating. So
just a little over one year, we just got exciting news (my Mom even
cried!) that I weigh 42 lbs.!!! I'm very petite, so it's a
really good weight for me.

I wanted to let you know how well this new food of
yours is working for me!
I have a two year
old German Shepherd who is very involved in training activities.
I started out feeding him (x). I found out he had a beef
allergy and my vet suggested the (x) because it was fish
based. It was ok but his energy level wasn't what it had been.
Further, I wasn't pleased with the ingredients. It just didn't
seem to have enough "good" things! I switched to the (x) Fish
and Potato. German Shepherds shed, but what happened to his
coat was much more than shedding! To add to that, his energy
level was even lower.
I think I had read
just about every dog food label, trying to give my GSD a decent dog
food. Then one day I was looking at your website. I
noticed the Holistic Select Anchovy, Sardine and Salmon Meal.
I looked at the ingredients. I couldn't believe what I was
seeing. I called my local "holistic" store and they ordered a
bag in for me.
Since starting to
feed my dog this diet, his coat has stopped the "more than normal"
shedding, his energy level is up and he loves this food!
Thank you very much!
